- Provide a variety of hair styling services including cuts, coloring, and treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable styles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools are sanitized.
- Keep updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in hairdressing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in hair coloring, hair treatments, perms, hair straightening, and haircuts for men and women. Knowledge of makeup artistry is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide hair services, consult with clients, maintain cleanliness, and manage supplies.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced salon environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and passionate about hair styling.
