- Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, hair type, and desired results.
- Recommend hairstyles, products, and treatments suited to each client’s needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in haircare and styling.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, workstations, and the salon environment.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow salon policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon.
- State cosmetology license or certification (if required).
- Expertise in a range of haircare techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to deliver personalized looks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple appointments.
- Passion for haircare and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
