Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic hair services such as shampooing, blow-drying, ironing, and simple hairstyling.
• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials needed for each service.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
• Recommend appropriate hair products and treatments based on client needs.
• Manage appointments, assist in scheduling, and coordinate with the receptionist or manager.
• Maintain inventory of hair products and report low stocks to the supervisor.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With or without experience (training can be provided).
• Basic knowledge of hair care, styling, or salon services is an advantage.
• Willing to learn hair techniques and undergo training.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Neat, presentable, and professional appearance.
