Develop creative concepts for exhibition designs and promotional displays, translating client briefs into compelling visual presentations.
Produce and present 2D layouts that effectively communicate design concepts.
Research and analyze project requirements to plan design approaches.
Verify and adjust artwork specifications to ensure accuracy and correct dimensions.
Resize and reformat artwork as needed to fit project requirements.
Review final layouts, proposing enhancements when necessary.
Innovate and suggest improvements to design quality and project execution.
Stay updated on design techniques, industry trends, and best practices.
Work with existing products and materials while exploring creative inspirations for design projects.
Develop familiarity with raw materials, fabrication methods, and act as a project coordinator between the Sales and Production Teams.
Coordinate regularly with the Printing Manager to ensure high-quality output that meets deadlines.
Monitor project progress to align with design and production schedules.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Fine Arts Major in Advertising
Mandatory skills required: Photoshop, Illustrator, 2D Max, CorelDraw
With experience preferably with background in in-store & solution center designing
Knowledgeable in materials & fabrication
Articulate, keen to details, hardworking, analytical, and willing to work extended hours and prepared for a huge volume of projects.
Commercial awareness with a passion for the industry
Strong analytical skills with an ability to grasp and apply new ideas, concepts, methods, and technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with the Sales Team
