The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and disciplined Junior Graphic Designer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client briefs into high-quality visual assets while maintaining strict standards of excellence. You are a detail-oriented artist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage diverse design projects simultaneously, and is comfortable coordinating directly with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Execution: Accomplish design requirements based on established standards of quality, ensuring all artwork meets exact specifications and brand guidelines.
• Project Coordination: Understand client briefs thoroughly and maintain regular communication with team leads and stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Multi-Platform Design: Take on diverse projects across various software, including multi-page layouts in Adobe InDesign, vector work in Illustrator, and professional decks in MS PowerPoint.
• Production Workflow: Follow established production flows and process tools to ensure accuracy and timeliness in every delivery.
• Workload Management: Efficiently manage time and tasks to accommodate quick revisions and rapid turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
• Pre-Press Readiness: Prepare comprehensive pre-press packages of final artwork, ensuring files are technically sound for production.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, offering support on extra projects and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3–5 years of print design experience (regular or freelance) within Publishing, Advertising, Marketing, or Media.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Solid background in pre-press production (Artworking).
• Soft Skills: * Strong graphic design sense with a creative, analytical, and strategic approach.
• Excellent command of the English language; confident in articulating ideas to foreign counterparts.
• Mac proficiency is a significant plus.

Work Type: Project-based (3 months with a possibility of extension)

Work Schedule: Night Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (1x RTO/week)
