Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling graphics for various digital marketing materials including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and more.

• Ensure that designs are in line with brand guidelines and effectively convey the intended message to build a strong brand identity.

• Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Director, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a fresh and current design approach.

• Apply innovative design concepts to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials.

• Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including images, icons, and templates, for easy access by the team.

• Suggest improvements and prepare ideas in the strategies as needed.

• Effectively communicate with AM, EA, and Creative Director to understand clients’ design needs and objectives.

• Develop designs using tools like Photoshop, etc. Brainstorm and execute ideas that align with the company’s goals and target.

• Use fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials as needed.

• Stay updated on design trends. Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects.

• Meet deadlines. Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
