Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, establish, and execute high-quality visual directions and art styles for brand campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences.
• Produce top-tier creative assets, including illustration, digital matte painting, concept art, typography layout, and storyboarding.
• Partner closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, and Product Managers to translate strategic briefs into impactful visual narratives.
• Guide, review, and elevate the work of junior and mid-level artists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and artistic growth.
• Maintain strict visual consistency across all touchpoints while actively evolving the brand's aesthetic footprint.
• Keep up with industry trends and integrate new creative tools, techniques, and AI-assisted workflows to optimize the design production pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as digital artist, concept artist, or senior designer in an agency.
• A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional technical execution, strong foundational art skills, and versatility across styles.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with modern digital painting or vector tools.
• Ability to clearly articulate creative choices, present ideas confidently to stakeholders, and constructively implement feedback.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and deliver flawless results under tight deadlines.
