The Marketing Staff with Graphic Design Knowledge is responsible for assisting in planning, creating, and executing marketing activities while producing visually appealing materials that support the company’s brand and promotional goals. The role combines marketing coordination and graphic design tasks to strengthen communication, engagement, and brand visibility.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Support daily marketing operations such as content planning, market research, and competitor monitoring.
• Manage social media platforms (posting, scheduling, engagement tracking).
• Prepare reports on marketing performance, campaign results, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners for marketing collaterals and events.
• Help in organizing company events, product launches, and promotional activities.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials such as posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and digital content.
• Design social media graphics, website visuals, and ads.
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and maintain brand identity.
• Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia materials as needed.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver creative output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related fields (preferred).
• With experience in marketing or graphic design is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Good communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
