Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and support our marketing, advertising, and recruitment initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for clean, modern, and on-brand visual design, with the ability to create engaging graphics as well as short-form video content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, digital advertisements, marketing collaterals, and datasheets.
• Create short-form videos, reels, and other visual content with basic motion graphics and video editing.
• Maintain and consistently apply brand guidelines and visual assets across different materials.
• Develop creative materials to support marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual materials.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, polished, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
• Manage multiple design requests and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field.
• Strong and updated design portfolio is required.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Experience with video editing and creating short-form video content/reels.
• Strong eye for clean, professional, corporate, and on-brand design.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to take direction while also contributing original ideas.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
