Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will conceptualize, design, and manage visual content for technical and manufacturing products, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. This role requires both creative execution and strategic input, with responsibilities spanning hands-on design work and project management across marketing, product, and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including product brochures, technical data sheets, catalogs, packaging, digital ads, trade show materials, and social media assets.
• Translate complex technical information into clean, visually appealing designs.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to develop visually accurate representations of products.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and brand standards are met.
• Provide creative direction and leadership to junior designers (if applicable).
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, printers, and freelance resources as needed.
• Assist with the creation of digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and video projects.
• Stay current on manufacturing industry trends and best practices in technical product communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial, or technical product sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing technical product designs, marketing materials, and digital content.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, technical specifications, and industrial design aesthetics.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle complex information visually.
• Strong communication skills - both visual and verbal.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling/rendering software 
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional team.
