Job Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the creation of visual content and creative materials for the company’s digital platforms, campaigns, and brand initiatives. This role involves designing graphics for social media, marketing materials, community content, presentations, and other creative assets related to gaming, esports, and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, trend-aware, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with the marketing, social media, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

• Create graphics and visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, community posts, and promotional materials.
• Assist in designing banners, thumbnails, pubmats, presentations, event materials, and digital advertisements.
• Adapt and resize creative assets for different social media platforms and formats.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding and visual standards.

Content Support

• Coordinate with the social media and marketing teams for content requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in executing content calendars through timely delivery of creative materials.
• Support campaign launches, online activations, and esports/gaming-related initiatives.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with video editors, moderators, marketing staff, and project leads.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, content ideas, and visual concepts.
• Revise designs based on feedback from management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of layout, typography, branding, and visual composition.
• Familiarity with social media content formats and digital trends.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have portfolio showcasing designs and projects.
