We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JR/SR. Graphic Designer to join our team and lead the visual design aspects of our online gaming platform. As a Junior/Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating and immersive graphics that enhance the user experience and drive engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and marketing, to ensure the visual identity of our online gaming platform aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.

1.     Visual Design and Branding:

·       Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, icons, and animations, ensuring they align with the brand identity and target audience.

·       Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style and design language throughout the platform.

·       Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials, advertisements, and social media graphics that effectively communicate our brand and engage users.

2.     User Interface Design:

·       Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the company product/service.

·       Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to showcase design concepts and interactions.

·       Ensure consistency in the visual design, typography, and user interface elements across different platform components.

3.     Design Strategy and Innovation:

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices.

·       Research and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to drive design innovation and improvements.

·       Provide creative ideas and recommendations to enhance the visual experience and differentiate our platform.

4.     Collaboration and Communication:

·       Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand design requirements and project goals.

·       Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, explaining design decisions and incorporating feedback.

·       Work collaboratively in an agile environment, effectively communicating and coordinating with team members to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.

5.     Quality Assurance and Testing:

·       Conduct comprehensive design reviews to ensure visual consistency, usability, and adherence to design standards.

·       Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on design concepts.

·       Ensure all graphics and visual assets are optimized for different platforms and devices.

6.     Train and Develop the Team Members:

Develop and Train the team members to higher level of work. Grow as a team. 

·       Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on visual design for platforms.

·       Impressive portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

·       Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

·       Deep understanding of user interface design principles, best practices, and trends in the industry.

·       Strong branding and visual identity development skills.

·       Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

·       Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is highly desirable.

·       Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming culture and audience.
