Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts and designs.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Feedback Implementation: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• File Preparation: Prepare and deliver final design files for print or digital production, ensuring proper formatting and quality standards.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to incorporate new ideas and maintain a competitive edge.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work (1-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
