• Visual Communication-Transform ideas, concepts, or messages into visual content.
• Concept Development- Brainstorm and develop visual concepts based on client needs, project goals, or creative briefs. Often involves sketching, wireframing, or creating mood boards.
• Branding and Identity Design-Design logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities.
• Layout and Composition-Design page layouts for print or digital formats (e.g., magazines, brochures, websites, social media).
• Digital Design-Create visuals for websites, apps, social media, and digital ads.
• Image Editing and Illustration tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to enhance images or create original artwork.
• Collaboration and Communication- Work closely with clients, marketing teams, writers, and developers.
• Software Proficiency-Mastery of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, etc.
• Production and Printing Knowledge- Understand print processes and how designs will look on different materials.
• Staying Updated-Keep up with design trends, new software, and best practices. Continuously improve skills and adapt to changing visual styles.

• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in an internship, entry-level graphic design job, or similar role is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, etc.
• Experience with Digital Design-Create visuals for websites, apps, social media, and digital ads.
• Experience with Image Editing and Illustration tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to enhance images or create original artwork.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Adobe Applications.
• Knowledge of design techniques.
• Must have good portfolio of designs and layouts.
• Must be WFH capable
