We are looking for a Graphic Artist to create, prepare, and modify artwork designs for various printing and branding applications. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in preparing production-ready artwork for sublimation printing, DTF printing, silkscreen, heat press, and embroidery while ensuring design accuracy, print quality, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop graphic designs based on client requirements and approved concepts.
• Prepare production-ready artwork files for sublimation, DTF, silkscreen, heat press, and embroidery applications.
• Resize, convert, and adjust artwork according to production specifications and customer requirements.
• Create mock-ups, visual presentations, and design proofs for customer approval.
• Coordinate with production personnel regarding artwork requirements, print specifications, and file preparation.
• Review artwork for errors in spelling, sizing, image quality, color consistency, and production compatibility.
• Conduct pre-production file checking, color checking, and sample print verification before final production.
• Verify job order specifications, garment sizes, print dimensions, and placement requirements before releasing files to production.
• Organize and maintain digital artwork files, approved versions, and project archives.
• Support continuous improvement by staying updated on design trends, printing technologies, and software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Vocational or technical training in graphic design is an advantage.
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and printing production.
• Experience in sublimation printing, DTF printing, silkscreen, heat press, and digital embroidery is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other related graphic design software.
• Knowledge of color separation, print production processes, garment decoration, and textile printing methods.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
