QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or any related field
• An Associate degree or Vocational/Technical certificate in Graphic Arts, Digital Media, or related field may be accepted with relevant work experience

Work Experience

• Experience in graphic design or related creative work is an advantage
• Continuous learning through short courses, workshops, or certifications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX design, digital illustration) is highly preferred

Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and similar tools
• Knowledge of digital illustration tools (e.g., Procreate, Clip Studio Paint)
• Strong skills in photo editing and retouching
• Ability to create both vector and raster graphics
• Knowledge of print design standards (bleed, CMYK, DPI, file preparation)

The role involves close collaboration with clients, marketing teams, and other creatives to ensure all designs are visually appealing, aligned with brand identity, and appropriate for the target audience.
