- Executing marketing strategies and driving customer engagement through various channels, with a focus on creating compelling creatives, persuasive copywriting, market analysis, and managing Facebook ads. Your primary objective will effectively communicate the value propositions of our products/services, optimize ad campaigns, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts. You will also collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the advertising campaigns are profitable and aligned with sales objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting all relevant activities and findings in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, copywriting, market analysis, and Facebook ad campaign management.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, Filmora) for creating visually appealing marketing assets.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging messages for various marketing channels.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools to analyze industry trends and customer behavior.
- Experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics to make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the sales team.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and assets.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate solutions when issues or challenges arise.
