• The Grader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the self-propelled motor grader. The Grader operator performs either rough or fine grade finishing, precisely spreading and mixing materials in order to dry and prep roads, construct road surface to precise grade specifications, lay cold mix, and / or shave and rip out old road surfaces, direct ground crew to achieve grading goals.



While Crane Operator

• Responsible to inspect the crane for safety issues daily
• Responsible to check the status of the equipment
• Responsible to ensure load is properly secured
• Responsible for set up and performed test activities
• MUST HAVE NCII related to Grader and Crane Operator

• Educational Qualifications: Minimum High/Senior High School diploma.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in operating machinery.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor operations, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards.
• Working Conditions: Typically in a manufacturing or industrial setting with potential shift work.
• Qualities and Traits: Dependable, proactive, and a team player with effective communication skills.
