Role Overview:

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team and spearhead growth initiatives with a strong focus on Google Ads strategy and execution. This role requires a hands-on marketer with proven experience in tech or software companies who can develop, implement, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Ads Management:
• Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword analysis and recommend optimizations.
• Test new ad formats and Google Ads tools to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness, adjust strategies, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Marketing Strategy: Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
• SEO & Content Marketing: Collaborate with the team to improve organic search performance and maintain an editorial calendar (blogs, case studies, videos, etc.) that builds brand authority.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with graphic and creative teams to prepare high-performing ad materials.
• Market Research: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Website Management: Oversee and update the company website to ensure alignment with branding and marketing objectives.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with leadership and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record in Google Ads campaign management.
• Proven experience working in tech or software companies (startup environment preferred).
• Strong background in content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, resourceful, and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and innovations.
