直播后端开发工程师
（招中国籍，外籍勿扰）
20K～30K
负责直播及视频产品后端系统设计与开发，覆盖视频上传、转码、存储、分发、播放鉴权、内容管理及直播相关接口；对接CDN、对象存储、审核及数据系统，持续优化接口性能、缓存策略和高并发稳定性，并配合产品、前端、测试及运维完成业务迭代。
任职要求
熟悉Java、Go、Python、Node.js中至少一种后端语言，掌握MySQL、Redis、消息队列、对象存储、CDN等基础能力；了解视频上传、转码、切片、播放鉴权及内容分发流程，具备良好的接口设计、高并发处理及线上问题排查能力。
加分项
有直播、短视频、内容社区或泛娱乐平台开发经验；熟悉HLS、DASH、WebRTC、FFmpeg、视频转码、推荐系统或海外多地区CDN经验优先。
