Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support to clients via email, chat, or phone in German and English.

Assist customers with basic inquiries, technical concerns, or service requests.

Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary.

Follow company processes and service standards to ensure high-quality customer support.

Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

Able to speak, read, and write German and English fluently.

No Service Desk or BPO experience required (training will be provided).

Open to Filipino citizens in the Philippines or foreign nationals with valid PRV/TRV.

Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hills, Taguig. Philippines

Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
