Job Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices
• Monitor systems and applications to prevent and resolve issues
• Manage and document incidents using IT service management tools
• Support internal users in German and ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain user accounts, licenses, and system access
• Collaborate with global IT teams to improve processes and service quality

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Open to candidates without Service Desk experience
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems and tools
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Able to work in a structured, process-driven environment
