Bagging Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up bag forming machine (SUP & Side seal machines) and ensuring proper running condition.
•  Prepare and check rolls to be used in bag forming based on the scheduled line-up.
• Set edge guides, load and operate machine;
•  Load and unload rolls.
• Monitor and maintain quality of the pouches.
• Check product ensuring the meeting of customer specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs of bag forming machine as needed.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork.

 QUALIFICATION

•  Graduate of high school
•  Must have work experience in the same function for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP system
• Strict adherence to company standards and safety procedures
•  Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
