Facilities & Maintenance Asst. Supervisor

Onsite | Full-time | Day Shift (Monday–Friday)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilities & Maintenance Assistance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, equipment reliability, and facility performance within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance Operations & Planning

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of critical equipment to minimize downtime
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and PM schedules
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and operational requirements

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians in daily operations
• Assign tasks and monitor completion of maintenance activities
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development plans
• Lead technical training programs on equipment repair, diagnostics, and safety practices
• Promote discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

• Identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes and equipment efficiency
• Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability through strategic initiatives
• Coordinate with production and other departments to align maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and safety training

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance
• Strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance operations
• Experience supervising technicians and managing maintenance teams
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in industrial equipment
• Experience in spare parts inventory and maintenance planning
