Job Responsibilities

• Perform grinding, buffing, cutting, polishing, and painting of metal and steel parts and surfaces.
• Handle, lift, and carry steel, metal stock, and materials safely around the work area.
• Assist in dismantling, assembling, and disassembling motors, machinery, and equipment.
• Support fabrication, maintenance, and workshop tasks as assigned; work efficiently and keep the area orderly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physicallyfit and agile: Must be energetic, quick-moving, strong, and flexible; able to bend, climb, and work in various positions comfortably.
• Build: Slender to average build — not overweight or obese — to ensure ease of movement and safety in tight spaces and around machinery.
• Able to perform strenuous tasks, stand for long periods, and work at a steady, brisk pace throughout the shift.
• Willing to follow instructions and observe workplace safety rules at all times.
