- Responsible for strict and proper implementation of company policies.
- Responsible for resolving the employee's issues and concerns.
- Ensure timely submission of reports. Provide training and on boarding for new employees, and address any concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Human Resources or any related course
- Must be well-experienced in coordinating, handling and supervising staff in hotel
- Knowledgeable or must have a background in hotel operations
- Can perform HR works/Clerical works including reporting, scheduling, screening of applicants
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- With strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Preferably knowledgeable in Timekeeping
