Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in office management, operations, and bookkeeping.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

• Bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), process payroll, and reconcile bank statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (e.g., P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Budgeting: Assist in annual budget development, track departmental expenses, and monitor variance.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and collaborate with external CPAs for annual tax filings and audits.

Office & Operations Management

• Facility Operations: Oversee office leases, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a safe, fully stocked, and productive working environment.
• Process Optimization: Streamline administrative workflows, digitize records, and implement operational policies.
• Cross-Functional Support: Act as the central liaison between HR, IT, and executive leadership to onboard staff and manage company assets.
