Job Description
- Partner with the Executive Team to turn high-level strategies into actionable, executable plans.
- Oversee and synchronize operations across distribution channels, sales, supply chain, and customer service teams.
- Implement and maintain efficient, scalable processes to optimize our distribution efforts.
- Use EOS principles to drive accountability across teams and ensure goals are met.
- Manage key performance metrics and business systems to achieve sustained growth and profitability.
- Build and lead the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment and high performance.
- Navigate the complexities of the distribution business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the board.
- Proven experience as a General Manager, COO, or Integrator in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management (industry-specific experience is not required).
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the EOS framework.
- A history of driving operational excellence and building high-performance teams.
- Strategic leadership with the ability to manage diverse teams and integrate various business functions.
- Strong ability to implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and foster scalability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
