Position: OPERATION MANAGER (Chinese Speaking)

Role Overview:

Lead daily operations in online gaming, drive marketing & sales campaigns, and manage influencer promotions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English & Mandarin (Tagalog a plus)

• Experience in online gaming or online casino are preferred

• Proven skills in marketing, sales campaigns, and influencer promotion

• Strong data analysis and strategic thinking to interpret performance metrics and support data-driven decisions

• Strong ability to analyze customer wants, anticipate trends, and influence decisions

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in office systems, internal tools, and software

• Ready to handle urgent tasks anytime

Your Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily operations & coordinate multiple teams
2. Plan marketing, sales, and influencer campaigns strategies
3. Recruit, guide, and manage agents to meet targets
4. Analyze customer behavior,competitor activities and market trends to maximize engagement
5. Monitor team performance & prepare operational reports
6. Respond promptly to emergencies & urgent requests
