Position: OPERATION MANAGER (Chinese Speaking)
Role Overview:
Lead daily operations in online gaming, drive marketing & sales campaigns, and manage influencer promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (Tagalog a plus)
• Experience in online gaming or online casino are preferred
• Proven skills in marketing, sales campaigns, and influencer promotion
• Strong data analysis and strategic thinking to interpret performance metrics and support data-driven decisions
• Strong ability to analyze customer wants, anticipate trends, and influence decisions
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in office systems, internal tools, and software
• Ready to handle urgent tasks anytime
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations & coordinate multiple teams
- Plan marketing, sales, and influencer campaigns strategies
- Recruit, guide, and manage agents to meet targets
- Analyze customer behavior,competitor activities and market trends to maximize engagement
- Monitor team performance & prepare operational reports
- Respond promptly to emergencies & urgent requests
