The General Manager will also lead and mentor team members, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include business reporting, budgeting and forecasting, expansion planning, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth, operational improvement, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of StretchX.
• Develop and execute strategies that support business growth and expansion.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure consistently high standards of customer service.
• Monitor business performance, financial results, KPIs, and departmental targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability and a strong performance culture.
• Identify potential locations, markets, partnerships, and opportunities for future expansion.
• Work closely with relevant teams to strengthen marketing strategy, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance.
• Develop and improve operational policies, systems, and processes.
• Prepare and present business performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify business risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure company objectives are effectively communicated and executed across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry, preferably in senior management, general management, multi-site operations, or a comparable leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience in business expansion, growth management, and operational scaling.
• Strong marketing leadership with an understanding of customer acquisition, brand development, sales growth, and market positioning.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of operations management, process optimization, and project execution.
• Solid commercial and business acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Ability to analyze business data and KPIs and turn insights into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and taking ownership of results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
