Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the overall operations, business development, and strategic direction of Brenton Tech Specialist Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational growth, ensuring operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, and achieving company performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.

Lead the organization in achieving operational, financial, and market expansion goals.

Identify new business opportunities within the LPG, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations, project execution, and service delivery.

Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.

Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance targets.

Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures.

Ensure profitability and sustainable business growth.

Business Development & Client Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and industry partners.

Represent the company in business meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

Strengthen the company’s market presence and brand reputation.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and industry requirements related to LPG operations.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop managers, engineers, and technical personnel.

Foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.

At least 10 years of managerial experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role.

Experience in LPG, industrial gas, engineering, construction, energy, or technical services industries is highly preferred.

Strong background in operations, project management, business development, and financial management.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
