New Business Development

Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to optimise the mall's performance and profitability
Manage and lead a talented team of mall staff, including department heads and supervisors
Oversee all aspects of mall operations, including tenant relations, customer service, facility management, and security
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as mall tenants, local authorities, and the community
Identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance the mall's offerings and customer experience
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the retail or mall operations industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a diverse team of professionals
Excellent understanding of mall operations, including tenant management, customer service, and facility management
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Passion for creating an exceptional customer experience and driving continuous improvement
