Job Description

The General Manager / Business Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the overall business operations of the Philippine entity. This role covers multiple functions, including sales management, operations, and organizational leadership, ensuring the company’s growth, efficiency, and compliance.

ROLE SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for full ownership of the Philippine business, including:

• Revenue generation (offline and e-commerce)
• Operations (inventory, fulfillment, systems)
• Team leadership and performance
• Business growth and expansion

This is a P&L-driven leadership role accountable for delivering results and ensuring all departments are aligned with company targets.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Ownership

• Own total revenue across offline and e-commerce channels
• Drive sales growth and profitability
• Ensure all departments contribute to business targets

2. Sales Leadership

• Set and drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Oversee Offline KAM and E-commerce teams
• Ensure strong sell-in and sell-out performance

3. Operations Oversight

• Oversee inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment operations
• Ensure accuracy, speed, and control
• Identify and correct operational gaps

4. Team Leadership

• Lead all department heads
• Set KPIs and enforce performance
• Drive accountability and discipline

5. Strategic Execution

• Execute growth strategies and expansion plans
• Align local execution with HQ direction

6. Cross-Functional Alignment

• Ensure coordination across sales, marketing, inventory, and operations

7. Partner Management

• Manage key accounts and partners
• Lead high-level negotiations

8. Compliance and Risk

• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage operational risks
