Job Summary

HHC Franchise Hub Solutions Incorporated is seeking an experienced Franchise Operations Manager to oversee franchise operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will provide operational support to franchisees, monitor branch performance, implement operational improvements, and maintain excellent customer service across all franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of franchise branches and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales, operations, and financial reports to improve branch performance and profitability.
• Train, coach, and support franchisees and branch personnel.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments to support franchise operations.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions to franchisees.
• Assist in the opening and launch of new franchise stores.
• Monitor inventory management, operational efficiency, and quality standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in franchise operations, retail management, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience handling multiple branches or franchise networks is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel frequently to visit franchise locations.
