Assistant General Manager (Swine Operation)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the VP for Operations in the overall management of swine farm operations
• Monitor daily farm activities to ensure compliance with company standards and operating procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Implement and enforce strict biosecurity protocols.
• Supervise farm managers, supervisors, and farm workers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a piggery operation
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to stay-in and travel between farm locations
