POSITION: GENERAL RETAIL MANAGER

Manage daily dealership retail operations, including vehicle sales and customer service

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns

Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers/distributors

Approve pricing, discounts, and financing arrangements within authority limits

Collaborate with finance, marketing, and after-sales departments

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards

Recruit, train, and evaluate sales staff performance
