General Manager

A Japanese manufacturing company specializing in the design, production, and marketing of high-quality molds. The company focuses on planning, processing, and assembling molds tailored to meet customer requirements.

Position: General Manager

Location: Carmona, Cavite

Schedule: Dayshift | Weekends Off

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary: Php 150,000 – Php 200,000 (Negotiable)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Operations or General Management
• Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage
• Background in manufacturing (wrought iron-related industry is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of policies, safety standards, and local regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory control, and warehousing, to minimize downtime
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability
• Lead, train, and develop employees while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Represent the company in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and business partners
• Provide overall leadership and management direction across all departments
• Oversee and manage employees, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth operations
