Description
- Responsible for the day to day activities of the company through management all the different heads of processes of company.
- The GM ensures the that the company performs as guided by the direction and strategies set by the Board of Directors.
- The General Manager shall report directly to the President and shall attend all meetings of the Board, unless the Board has requested otherwise.
- The GM shall also be present at General Meetings.
Qualification:
- At least with Masters/Post Graduate Degree in Business and Management
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, finance and human resources management
- With experience in manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Background in medical device manufacturing, exports and compliance is an advantage
- Knowledge of digital tools for business management and strategic planning
- Experience in managing and leading production teams with at least 20 employees
- With project management skills for operational efficiency
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting resources management
- Experience in international business practices and regulations
