Duties and Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate accounting entries and transactions.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and assist in closing the books.
• Prepare and file required BIR tax returns and other regulatory reports.
• Monitor compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government requirements.
• Assist in BIR audits, including preparation of documents, schedules, and responses.
• Maintain complete and organized accounting documents and records.
• Prepare required accounting and financial reports.
• Monitor and record import transactions and maintain related documents.
• Prepare draft financial statement and assist during external audits.
• Review and validate revenue based on contracts and proposals.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks and adhoc assignments as needed.
