Bookkeeper

• Prepare and process invoices, official receipts, and payment vouchers
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records
• Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government requirements
• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when needed
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel
• Understanding of Philippine tax laws and statutory contributions is an advantage
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential financial information
• Good️ Strong organizational and time-management skills
