This role involves executing and overseeing accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance with IFRS and corporate guidelines. Key duties include:

• Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Identifying control gaps and recommending improvements.
• Monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements.
• Managing month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting.
• Handling tax computations, statutory books, and audit coordination.
• Reviewing and correcting financial inconsistencies.
• Supporting automation and optimization initiatives.
• Preparing and analyzing statutory financial statements.
• Training new team members and collaborating with auditors.
• Supporting transfer pricing and intercompany reconciliation processes.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Accounting and Reporting experience in a multinational organization
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit coordination
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and corporate finance/accounting standards
• Experience in preparing and analyzing statutory financial statements, including tax computations and reconciliation
• processes
• Excel advanced skills and knowledge of office-based IT tools
• GL process migration experience
