• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Record and monitor financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and other accounting entries.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) reports and provide accounting support for financial analysis.
• Assist external auditors during audit engagements by preparing required documents, schedules, and supporting files.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and ensure timely tax compliance.
• Monitor tax deadlines and maintain compliance with Philippine tax regulations.
• Review invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Management, Finance, or any related course.
• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounting procedures, and financial reporting.
• Familiar with BIR filing requirements and Philippine tax compliance.
• Experience in the preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and audit requirements.
• Knowledgeable in preparing Profit and Loss (P&L) reports and account reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a resident of Cavite area only.
