We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Accountant – Corporate Accounting to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting within the BPO industry and be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post large journal entries accurately and on time.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
• Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and investigate variances.
• Handle bank reconciliations, prepayments, contra assets, and intercompany transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accounting operations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• At least 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the BPO industry.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries, P&L, Bank Reconciliation, Variance Analysis, Intercompany Transactions, Prepayments, and Contra Assets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
