Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and audit support
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documents, schedules, and explanations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and other financial records.
• Review financial data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Organize and maintain accounting records, financial documents, and audit files.
• Generate financial reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding accounting, tax, and audit-related matters.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
