Job Requirements

• Looking for candidates with 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial control, accounting operations, and reporting.
• Experience should include areas such as R2R, P2P, O2C, financial reporting, cost analysis, and compliance.
• Candidates should have experience handling complex accounting transactions and supporting process improvements/transformation initiatives.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is required; CMA/CFA is an advantage.
• They prefer a mature and senior candidate who can effectively handle and guide junior team members.
• Prior formal leadership experience is not required, but candidates must demonstrate the capability to handle, guide, and support junior analysts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are important.
• Candidates should be able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
