General Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable General Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
