We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting Department in handling day-to-day financial and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts
- Record and reconcile financial transactions
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
- Prepare and process BIR and government mandatory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Maintain organized accounting records and files
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course
- Experience in general accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and BIR compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision
