*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- *Daily Operations*: Mastermind bank reconciliations, keep general ledgers pristine, process recurring corporate expenses, and trace discrepancies
- *Weekly Tasks*: Manage petty cash replenishments to keep cash flow smooth
- *Monthly & Beyond*: Prepare financial statements, manage property lapsing schedules, align employee advances with HR
- *Compliance Support*: Assist with statutory compliance including BIR filings, SEC reporting, IATA reviews, and Year-End Audits
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Experience*: Solid groundwork in corporate accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger balancing
- *Technical Skills*: Proficient in spreadsheets and quick to learn accounting tools
- *Attributes*: Initiative, innate desire to learn, ambition to step up, great communication, and adaptability to a dynamic corporate environment
- *Work Setup*: Direct Hire | 6-month agreement with path to regularization | On-site at Head Office in Makati
