- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in financial statement and tax compliance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Willing to work in Orion, Bataan
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day general accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of tax compliance requirements
- Support statutory reporting requirements and government compliance
- Maintain organized financial documents and accounting records
